Once the US starts to accumulate combined with new Instos buying in who have higher risk thresholds, once our 2 projects are funded, which will allow them to take up positions.
Germany making good use of the pullback caused by the shorters, close to 1/4 off all issued shares now held in Germany, if even just 10% end up in the US, that will make things very interesting...my expectation is they will hold much more than 10% by the end of this year.
