You might be right...
Its a challenge I'm setting and have sent the same to [email protected]. If Neil doesn't address most of those issues noted very quickly, in my view, it would answer everyone's insinuations clearly in the affirmative that his appointment fails both the "smell and pub tests".
I just can't see how someone of Neil's standing would not act and run the risk of damaging his legacy?
