A few thoughts: * Putting aside the circumstances, Biddle appears to be a great appointment - high profile, experienced, independent etc. * Would Biddle agree if he thought the vote would go against TNG? Presumably he's satisfied himself that's not going to happen? * Has Biddle's appointment been enough to shore up the votes of big institutions? * If the change management team win, will they keep him on? It would seem a win, win for TNG if he and GW teamed up.
