Some thoughts:

- clearly they know they are cooked and this is a last gasp attempt at holding onto power so whilst under normal circumstances this appointment would probably be welcomed it’s hard not to view it with an extreme amount of cynicism. JE is clearly needing to fall on his sword just like Rex to try and protect PB.
- people need to ask themselves if NB thought TNG was such a “world class asset” why did he leave in the first place? And in turn lumping TNG with you know who as ceo.
- has NB continued to remain a shareholder after he left?
- how would NB compare his performance at PLS vs PB at TNG?
