Firstly, I dont understand why anybody would accept the position of Chairman of a Company in the middle of a 249D except for personal reasons or to help his mates out. Secondly, I dont know if this bloke has thought this through as, should the 249D succeed, which Grant seems extremely confident of, what is this going to do to his professional reputation? And that doesn't even take into account the veiled threat of legal action in today's annoucement. Shortest serving ASX Chairman in history.
