just an update on the Apollo take over offer. The board has welcomed the 5th offer and it is now in due diligence period of about a month after which Apollo will decide to make a formal offer.
Great announcement today from DUR. I just wonder how long it will take a bigger player to make an offer for DUR given this would be an easy bolt on acquisition to a similar style of business
