People buy, sell on news, rumors and most of the times not reading the announcements properly.
PLS boss has clearly said that FID (in Q4 next year) will depend on market conditions.
Meaning if Spod falls below $1000, the expansion would not move forward. Simple is that..
It's not like PLS will start producing 1Mt+ from next year and kick others out.
The set up cost will be no less than $1.5b which PLS to face with first.
