Under the terms of the Mining Lease, the Government of Ghana will be entiled to a 13% free carried interest in the Project, represening a 3% increase from the 10% free carried interest incorporated in the DFS. The Government of Ghana will also be enitled to a 10% royalty rate, increased from the 5% royalty rate incorporated in the DFS.
