Woody the timetable has been known for some time.
It will take 9 months from the issue of the ML to get the EPA approvals etc
(I've heard them say 9-12 months and 6-9 months - IMO 9 months minimum)
In the interim, they have engaged an Investment Bank to get the best offtake deal, expecting a result Feb/March.
IMO no point in rushing the offtake deal with current depressed Lithium pricing because nothing can happen till the EPA is done.
