I think its 2 distinctly different things.
The $70M sole funding aspect provided by Piemont is for Ewoyaa Capex only.
There is still other funding required ... such as drillng (26,500m infill and 20,000m exploration), studies for Flotation, Feldspar and Downstream connversion plus working capital not related to Ewoyaa CapEx
So raising the minimum amount of the $38M needed
