Another article about Atlantic and community engagement. This time its the Ministry engaging with the community around why the project going forward is a good idea. Following that meeting the regional house of chiefs were issuing supportive statements.
There would appear to be some in the community who have doubts whether a good, or sufficiently good deal exists for Ghana (despite Ghana having struck one of, if not the best free carry/royalty combinations around). There's always going to be a NIMBY voice. Is this progressively being quashed?
