    “Financing for life of mine construction and development is in the advanced stages and due to be finalised over the coming weeks”. So, by your rigid “logic”, Axiom will not be able to get its finance, and therefore, by your frigid “logic” again, Axiom again deliberately mislead the market, which is a criminal offence!
