The actions of the SI Govt , and Sumitomo (SMM) mounting a new High court challenge to the efficacy of the Solomon Islands Government processes( second half 2016 , again ) - this legal action launched directly at the SI Govt via a High Court challenge, was
not directed at Axiom .
**This lead to stand- down , suspension of existing tenement licences relevant which Axiom held , while the matter went through the court system . The second HC challenge pertaining to Isabel Nickel tenements. ( from Sumitomo- who desperately sought to gain these Rights, off Axiom )
Sumitomo prevailed over the administrative process errors , not regarding legitimacy of Axioms rights , but could not apply for further licences themselves .
Axiom has been re- awarded the tenements for Isabel Nickel -
The Mining lease over San Jorge now fully issued-
- and LOIs to re-negotiate access and apply for a Prospecting license again , then Mining licence over Kolosori, and the additional Tenement ‘D ‘ , over the remainder of Isabel.
( tenement ‘D’ - had been held formerly by Sumitomo- who have left the Solomon Islands )
Later the SI government itself - stood down due to known entrenched corruption within some government departments, and even accepting of monetary bribes and gains by individuals - including by the former Mines minister who had held this position for 3 years .
**you also well know - this 3 years ,
delay time , with ‘issues’ and stalling & strife , for Axiom - answers most of your ill-meant protests about time and costs , Axiom have accrued , when couldn’t materially advance , and all had to endure re- application processes .
Here now - 2018 ! — shareholders have endured with the landowners .. years of battle .
( the former Mines minister , responsible for accepting bribes , was sacked from the position - August 2017)
**There are now tight - good anti - corruption laws in place in the Solomon Islands government and country .
Purpose being to especially protect the use and administration of public funds , and to criminalise any negotiation or acceptance of material gain in exchange for example- permissions being given for companies seeking to do business , and operate within the SI .
You well know all of this .
I hope you will let up on us . Axiom shares were ‘shorted ‘ - yes ? During the time of hiatus - whilst awaiting the official granting of the Mines licence — which has now occurred .
Time to wish all well . Please , take a good look at yourself , before putting down anyone else.
If people dont believe in the company, insist on banging on about things that occurred in the
past ,and do not truly care about the Solomon Islands people and a good , and productive future now for them .
The SI must and will advance into their independent future again — they want a proud future at last .

Many countries and companies are now re- entering the SI - extending enormous goodwill there again.
The Solomon Islands is “open for ethical business “ now .
They are doing a great job.
Australia is their main friend and ally , we have given to them
hugely , excellent cooperative support and assistance . (Also NZ , Canada & Japan also - and re- establishing good ties with Norway , the USA. etc .
)
It has been way below reasonable - the taunting in here by a ? group .
Of course none of us can provide proof - of activity - but I did post in other thread the SI news announcement that ***Axiom have indeed commenced mining operations , startup on San Jorge. **
*Plenty of photographs in company updates , and will be a large evolution time now as the company and excellent mining management team on the ground - develops and commences actual mining in next months .
Funding has got to be announced and further details . I don’t know .

The past PFS : San Jorge / (JORC : Kolosori ) , and reference to
huge amount of historical drilling data - Vale , Kaiser , etal .
Axiom has added to this - throughout the 6 + 1 years that company has been associated directly there . The company had to ride out some significant periods of uncertainty within that time, and wind down activity while waited .
It has been ? only 1.5 weeks since ML announcement - give them a chance please .
I mainly want to see details of funding arrangements. Has been mooted, to be announced within a ‘few’ weeks .
