if you know anything about excavation due to bob cat or bulldozer works, there is an edge of excess soil moved to the outer boundary.

if you look at the plants you can see no stress , no cut edge drop where soil has been removed. What you can see is plant life untouched, and  even moving onto the track.

A photo of excavation while bulldozer is on site, and longitude and latitude reference for satellite, so we can view real up to date images our selves , would be something no one could argue against 

if anyone really thinks this track was done in the last 2 weeks, then your really clutching at straws 

Almost as good as the famous quote ""  AVQ are producing Nickel ore"  nope they have a right to PROCEED to mine, and no they aren't producing any Nickel yet
