    So RM has a 2 year notice period. Under that arrangement, what incentive would he ever have to succeed in the Solomons? I mean if you practically can't get sacked, how will he ever be able to get a mining licence? At this rate we'll never...wait, what? He got a mining licence? But how can he have? There's a 2 year notice period on his employment contract?
