Remember the rights issue that failed. Axiom tried to raise up to $5.6 million from shareholders and the vast majority you speak of did not participate. Major failure and 99% of the rights issue became shortfall which wasn't even taken up. RM had to approach Magna because of that
Facts are they are not as supportive as you think.
