My opinion only but I kind of hope they do a CR soon and get it out the road and make no mistakes they will do one,institutional investors will want in but not and market price,if we go for 10-20 mil we have cash in hand a very low cappex and all we have to do then is wait for offtakes and financials like I already said
Very good position to be in IMO
Not sure about selling the house just yet but after the CR I personally will be loading up
