Your post prompted me to have a look at RG's LinkedIn page. The man seems to know what he's talking about... instills a bit more confidence in me while the SP is being trashed.
IPT doesn't actually own anything until they have completed the PFS. The last conversation I had with MJ he said it is the greater certainty on the numbers, in combination with a firmed up number on the mineral resource, which will provide hard numbers for possible institutional investment. I think we just have to sit it out until that comes in. Could be another 6 months wait....
However, it would be useful to encourage a bit more retail buying ... if IPT released news more frequently. Such as... how the test work is going, who they have appointed as marketing manager... maybe not thrilling price sensitive stuff but it might mean people holding do not succumb to selling while the SP is not performing.
