What I am referring to is all the foundation work going on. e.g. the new route for the proposed haul road (bit of lateral thinking and consultation finding that), the site selection for the process plant, the interviews of a marketing manager.... etc.
There's a lot of preparation needed but it will all come together in quick succession.
It's clear to me management is very active.
