Hi I can see how anyone who might have noticed this like myself will be questioning it. I called Jim and asked him only just before I had actually seen your query. The answer turns out that the stamp duty is the final sign over that makes Gibb recognised. Most mining companies have this issue with the stamp duty taking for ever. Jim said it does his head in as it always involves extra paperwork. He is working on getting this resolved as soon as possible. Everything is legally in place otherwise it is 100% Gibb.
