basically due to the original preso back last Wednesday night post our market closing to the Junta. At a minimum they needed an ann on Thur morning, but just looks like they have taken the extra time to outline the timeline properly. I don't mind this. Remember a trading halt is to protect you from leaks - and because of time differences and language issues, we're all hunting spanish news articles to try to work out what's going on and interpreting what google translate is telling us.
