Well, it's positive in that the Company has pushed it as far as it can go for the time being. Whether it ends up positively, well, that's up to the Junta, I guess.

As for timeframe... months is my feeling... at least three, maybe six. Someone else theorised it could be a matter of weeks, but it's been such a contentious project (watch the Save the Mountain crowd go totally ape-s**t now, knowing this is likely their last chance to stop it), I just can't be so optimistic in this regard.
