    I think the share price of VRX also reflects concerns about the performance of the management/board also - the EPA application has by been dragged out and numerous other timeframes commited to that have not been met.

    i have been invested in VRX for a while - I'm confident it will eventually go mining but the process by my observation has been drawn out unnecessarilyp.
