yes interestingly the VRX board were on notice this past year with a remuneration strike at their 2021 AGM . they just got it through at the 2022 AGM however the shareholders placed a liquidity hold on the company at the AGM also by voting down the company's ability to use the 10% placement without shareholder approval mechanism.

i believe that a remuneration strike and a hold on the 10% placement capacity should be applied to the CRB board at the next AGM coming up soon . Presently the dysfunctional board does not have the voting power to completely sabotage this project however they continue to try and make plays to try and change that . the QLD silica sand acquisition was one such attempt and there have been some other attempts that didn't quite get off the ground ........

is it just silica sand plays that appear to suffer a delayed approval time frame or is this happening across the board in WA , or more likely plain old fashioned incompetence with a dose pf laziness just to add insult to injury .....
