A Supreme Court judge has condemned property investor John Cranston and his lawyer son Evan over their dealings with an ousted syndicate manager. Justice Jenni Hill has ruled the Cranstons' actions against their fellow Kingslane Property Investments director Christopher Weaver amounted to oppressive conduct.
