    Hi TEB , a company listed on the ASX must hold an AGM for shareholders within 5 months of the end on their financial year (in CRB's case 31 December 2022)

    Which would make it before 31 May 2023 , however they must give 28 days notice to shareholders so they will need notification latest by 3 May 2023. So just over two months away !!!!
