Was chatting to a bloke in Swan Hill the other day, in the building industry, and he said that concrete is being poured and he is seeking a major contract - I think it was water pipes to the site. My guess there is more infrastructure planned & set, than we realise. Actually, I'm driving near the site tomorrow, on a trip North, I'll detour a bit and take a photo - that I'll post here.
... And I'd be very surprised if a financier isn't already lined up.
I'm planning on buying a few more today.
