    re: Ann: Mining Licence Awarded for Mayoko-Mo... I'd be disappointed if there was a rights issue of significance anytime soon, understand the theory though.

    There's $45m in the bank, & mining licence secured.

    If EQX could get a Noble Resources or Chinese SOE to sign a bankable off-take agreement, IMO raising equity at these prices and lower shouldn't be needed.

    This would especially be true if management went down the line of leasing the rolling stock.

    Rolling stock makes up $80m of the $230m CAPEX for Mayoko.

    So leasing would see the CAPEX fall to ~$150m, but you'd see the OPEX rise because of leasing costs.

    Noble have been very active in the IO space, signing off-take agreements with the likes of WDR and SDL.

    EQX would be another addition much like WDR, not massive tonnage but only a short amount of time to production ramp up.

    Would love to be a fly on the wall for the discussions JW & Co are having with interested debt & equity parties.
