re: Ann: Mining Licence Awarded for Mayoko-Mo... It does make sense for Exxaro to make a move for this project at the very least, But I will not be parting with my shares easily, as I see the upside of this company significant in comparison to current levels.
If EQX did not want Exxaro to take the company over, they can always do a share-buy back at the current levels for 5-10m...depending on what they have the $40m in cash allocated towards.
EQX was at $4 before the GFC crash, and I think upside for this company will be fair value around $2.50+
I definitely will not be parting with my shares for anything less than that.
