PR1OAs have less than 9m to expiry and need to move 2.5x just be in the money. Could have easily justified a new series.

Following the incentives/money: I find it unlikely they'd offer free PR1OAs to an investor in a placement only to expire worthless in a few months, not to mention taking 2m themselves. Drilling in Q4 CY24 followed shortly after by resource estimate in in Q1 CY25 look like the preceding price catalysts.
