Retail buying won’t move the stock. All it will do is take up all the shares the traders were holding for this announcement. Big funds need to take positions for the stock to really move. Too many traders selling into news, including this most anticlimactic news of the ML being signed. Hopefully once the announcement settles the real buyers will do their research and take real positions which will move the dial. Too many waiting for this announcement to get out.
