    A new fractionally more interesting article issued overnight.

    It mentions some unspoken rules and clearer hurdles for AVZ with regards to the team blocking the ML.

    But another party pushing for AVZ to proceed.
    I still find it fascinating that it has gone through these teams prior to the ML being decreed. Yet they only have a problem after the decree.
