Dathomir and Cominiere have agreed that Dathomir will secure finance for the rehabilitation of the Piana Mwanga hydroelectric power station.

So both Dathomir and Cominiere have not delivered on what they have promised. Is Cominiere keeping Dathomir accountable to this agreement? I think not!
Cominiere have been trying to stifle AVZ at every turn.
