I disagree. The trading halt has everything to do with arbitration. The DRC government will only award a ML to a company that holds the majority of the project. AVZ have allowed themselves to fall into this precarious position by being supposedly unaware what minor SHs in the project were up to. Now as it is unclear who exactly holds what, the ML will not come until arbitration is complete or Zijin drop their claims.
