I don't think anyone has failed yet. But I do agree the Government and the appropriate ministers need to come out and publicly state where they stand with regards to this mess.

There is still a bit of work to do before everything gets cleared up. Most of the allegations and speculations revolve around the Cominere's dealings with either party. From what I understand AVZ have abided by all terms and conditions in the shareholders agreement and have done everything accordingly. Any dealings with other parties are a result of the Comineres failings which should all be exposed officially soon I hope.
