The lack of publicly available information from DRC govt is alarming. Awarding licence after all conditions are met should be a simple matter of bureaucratic public policy admin, there is a clear regulatory timeframe and they have not met it.
The fact that AVZ can't say anything vaguely substantial is a giant f*ing klaxon.
I suspect this is the last DRC related investment a lot of holders will make. We believed. Silly us.
