I wonder if they are trying to build pressure on the government as backup or is it purely pr?

I am of the assumption avz does not need to do anything, but rather let this play out.

If however they did need to undo some curroption then they certainly are doing a great job of building pressure..

But then again, why do they need to? We are on the council and have the licence agreed, it's only a matter of who owns the 15 percent we didn't own - us or currupt zjinjin?
