The one part I strictly don't like is at the bottom, referencing the mining licence request being invalid/a dead letter.

However there are two items that give me confidence:

A)The fact that any of this is only being flagged as an issue now. Cominiere have had so much time to say they don't agree with how things were handled. It is a clear show that they are on the back foot and getting caught in their own mess.

B) Avz have done the right thing the whole way through and documented accordingly, Eg getting shareholders of dathcom to sign off and acknowledge things, which includes the board member from. Cominiere.
