The constant excuse seeking and free passes given to management is pissweak. Wow - Nigel has lawyers. Big FFing deal. What have the lawyers done for the last 3 months? What ground have they gained?
Mate lawyers are not currency in the DRC like they might be for some here (lawyers really are only for the weak and stupid at the end of the day) So you can say AVZ are using xyz but as Mike Tyson used to say 'everyone has an opinion until they get punched in the face'.
China will have come in, built the mine, started exporting or stockpiling spodumene and many of you years later will still be here saying 'it's the biggest mine the the world bla bla bla, hold on, the comminere is in trouble, it's soo unfair etc etc'.
It's laughable the lack of medicine taking.
Relist the thing and let the market speak.
