Ann: Mining License Granted for Stage 1, page-151

Well, ignoring for a moment the fact it is almost impossible to short anyway ....but 8% under water, announcements flagged etc I'd be a little careful as a shorter. Haven't looked recently but last time I did look the official shorts were insignificant.

Farlap, the news seems to be getting out that little AVB are worth a look. Depending on the detail in the mining plan, ie how much cash flow, we could see continued momentum next week...if not only a few more weeks till finance fully committed (hopefully) and in the mean time they keep building the plant.
