You may look at a flexible lease while your house is being built, in fact I know several people that have done exactly that for renovations to take place.
No one has signed a contract for toll treating saying 100% of kat gap ore is being processed at someone else's mill, it's just an option if required. I think having a contingency plan is important for any operation. II would like to remind you that you recently tried to say that kat gap had an existing mine in place. You have no idea about this operation friend.
