Yep looking good at the right time. That's the benefits of contrarian investment in the commodity market. They did a great job picking up the tin assets dirt cheap when no one else wanted them or couldn't afford to keep them. Then develop and hit production when the tin supply/demand is pushing prices higher and when the general investor just starts taking notice.
Only problem is it takes conviction in you decision and research. It's a long game that takes patience that most don't have.
