    The contractor is not the one that should be thrown under a bus. Its the peron that conducted the DD and appointed them. 

    I totally disagree that they are righting their wrongs. If they were i would expect an unambiguous road map to profitabilty. Instead we are talking how & when  will we crush a bit of ore.
