This information regarding the negotiations being with a new alumina refinery in China I cant seem to find anywhere in official releases. Does anyone know where this information is from and if it is correct?
If it is correct it could bode very well with current aluminum prices and the potential for it to be a long-term agreement due to China's limited domestic supply requiring the importation of raw goods.
