Hi Charl, good thing is this significantly reduces the risks of project delays due to factors outside of our control. We now have all regulatory approvals to get on with it, nothing worse than waiting for Govt bodies to approve things.

Also be interesting to see how accurate Beer and Co are with this

So they got the final permit, sounds like we may have some offers on the table already for remaining finance.

Hope they take a bit of time to assess all alternatives though, should be able to proceed with construction with what's already in the bank.
