All this progress is happening in the context of labour and materials shortages and backlogs in the hermit kingdom. I suspect if we started building this mine today the timelines and costs would blow out. I've never had much luck with gold mining stocks. I never seem to get the timing right. Let's hope CAI proves the exception!
