Sadly the other 20% are people that got caught out and are refusing to take the loss. Myself now included. Even when the gold starts flowing I can't see this increasing due to the selling pressure.
In the companies defence, they have released an announcement every month for the last year. Which believe it or not, is an improvement.
If they miss the July deadline it's goodnight Laneway.
