Gone are the speculators...
Was he not refering the 'realistic" level as the level one has just going into production as a producer, this is where a point the speculators leave the stock and head off to other species/explorers and leave the investors to buy in/stay in.
The market is placing a price on a stock as a producer that is and not a explorer which is a more realistic price....
