to me it is all explainable : the management communicates what they are told by the DEFF. And DEFF can’t handle their workload because they have a lot going on, not just us to issue with the ruling and the report.
however, given that there is a flow of some other catalysts, I am prepared to keep focused on the ultimate goal: operating mine with few mil oz by mid 2021.
there is nothing wrong with our EA, just a matter of drafting 35 pages or so for the DEFF. they will do it ultimately
