Well not all the time, look at ThetaThe announcement on delay did not push the sp down, in fact it did go up. Their delay is more significant as the delay was with EA grant, which we WWI has got already. So theirs is looking at mid 2021 for appeals post grant being sorted.Whilst us is end of January.
So generalisation does not hold often.
